Conditions, limitations and policies regarding our trash bin cleaning service.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT POLICY
One Time (1 total Trash Bin Cleaning service)
One Time Service requires no commitment for a one-time trash bin cleaning.
One Time Subscription is billed one-time prior to service. Payment is to be paid in full prior to cleaning.
One Time Subscription will not auto-renew and payment will be deducted automatically from your preference of electronic payment, prior to service.
One Time Service is not valid for any discounts associated with any regular service subscriptions. All discounts that do not refer to One Time Service directly in description of discount presentation will not be honored as such.
Bi-Weekly (24 total Trash Bin Cleaning services yearly)
Bi-Weekly Subscription requires a (2 months) commitment for twice per month trash bin cleaning once service subscription is initiated.
Bi-Weekly subscriptions are billed monthly (once per month). Payment is to be paid in full prior to each cleaning.
Bi-Weekly Subscriptions will auto-renew every 2 months and payment will be deducted automatically from your preference of electronic payment, until service is terminated.
Monthly (12 total Trash Bin Cleaning services yearly)
Monthly Subscription requires a (3 month) commitment for once a month trash bin cleaning once service subscription is initiated.
Monthly Subscriptions are billed monthly (once a month). Payment is to be paid in full prior to each cleaning.
Monthly Subscriptions will auto-renew monthly and payment will be deducted automatically from your preference of electronic payment, until service is terminated.
Bi-Monthly (6 total Trash Bin Cleaning services yearly)
Bi-Monthly Subscription requires a (6 month) commitment for every other month trash bin cleaning once service is initiated.
Bi-Monthly Subscription are billed bi-monthly (ever other month). Payment is to be paid in full prior to each cleaning.
Bi-Monthly Subscriptions will auto-renew every 6 months and payment will be deducted automatically from your preference of electronic payment, until service is terminated.
Quarterly (4 total Trash Bin Cleaning services yearly)
Quarterly Subscription requires a (1 year) commitment for once every three months trash bin cleaning once service is initiated.
Quarterly Subscription are billed quarterly (every three months). Payment is to be paid in full prior to each cleaning.
Quarterly Subscriptions will auto-renew every 12 months and payment will be deducted automatically from your preference of electronic payment, until service is terminated.
Summer “SMELL YOU LATER” Plan (18 total Trash Bin Cleaning services yearly)
Custom Subscription requires a (1 year) commitment for customized trash bin cleaning once service subscription is initiated. Summer Smell You Later Plan is only available as a yearly prepaid package.
October – March (6 total Trash Bin Cleaning services, monthly – once a month)
April – September (12 total Trash Bin Cleaning services, bi-weekly – twice a month)
Custom Subscriptions are billed yearly (once a year). Payment is to be paid in full prior to initial service.
Custom Subscriptions will auto-renew every 12 months and payment will be deducted automatically from your preference of electronic payment, until service is terminated.
Please note the term “service subscription is initiated” represents your first bin cleaning service throughout all terms of Bayou City Bins subscription, cancellation and modification policies.
Coupons & Discounts
Coupon Codes cannot be applied to pre-pay service plans or combined with any other offers or promotions. All pre-pay discounts are applied on initial purchase order, thus multiple discounts may not be combined, stacked, multiplied, or added to order. All reoccurring payments will have initial discount applied to order.
Coupon codes cannot be combined with any other promotions for service. Coupons have no cash or trade value, and all discounts are applied prior to all applicable taxes.
Bayou City Bins LLC may run promotions designed to attract new customers or increase sales, whereas manual discounts may or may not apply to our discretion. Bayou City Bins reserves the right to refuse or alter any coupon or promotion at its discretion. The contents of this statement may be altered at any time, at our discretion.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY
Cancellation
Service may be cancelled anytime after the current subscription minimal has been fulfilled. Declination of service once service is initiated will not be refunded, and cancellation until minimal subscription has been satisfied. Please see SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT POLICY for reference relating to minimal subscription agreement of your selected plan.
Cancellations must be submitted two weeks prior to the auto-renewal billing date. All cancellations of service must be submitted by email to adrian.uribe@bayoucitybins.com utilizing the provided SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION form.
Any cancellation request prior to initiation of service (first cleaning of subscription package) will incur a non-refundable processing fee of $5.00. Cancellations made prior to initiation of service (first bin cleaning of subscription package) must be made at a minimal of (7) days prior to first service.
Pre-paid Yearly Cancellation
Service may be cancelled anytime after the current subscription minimal has been fulfilled. Declination of service once service is initiated will not be refunded, and cancellation until minimal subscription has been satisfied. Please see SUBCRIPTION PAYMENT POLICY for reference relating to minimal subscription agreement of your selected plan. Once subscription has been fulfilled, you will receive a pro-rated refund minus the 10% yearly discount. Pro-rated refund amount is based on initial cost without 10% yearly discount and all associated taxes.
Modification
Request to modify your current service subscription must be submitted one month prior to the auto-renewal billing date. Modifications made after the original SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT POLICY has been fulfilled will be considered a continuation of service. All modifications of service must be submitted by email to adrian.uribe@bayoucitybins.com utilizing the provided SUBSCRIPTION MODIFICATION form.
Bayou City Bins LLC does not charge a termination or discontinuation of service fee, however minimal subscription must be fulfilled according to selected plan. Our SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT and CANCELLATION policies regarding discontinued service are placed to reflect operating cost incurred by Bayou City Bins LLC to maintain the best service for our clients.
